Our popular annual Music Festival takes place from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th July, with ticketed concerts on Friday and Saturday. Sunday worship includes Festal Eucharist at 10am, with a setting of the Mass by Harold Darke, and Fauré's anthem, Cantique de Jean Racine. The Festival ends with a Promenade Concert at 2.30pm on Sunday at which local school musicians perform chamber music for easy listening (with tea and cake stall).

Do come and join us! Sunday's events are free and everyone is most welcome. Or book tickets for our two main concerts:

  • Friday 5th July: Richmond Brass Band - Reflections in Brass. Known for its warmth and vibrant colours, brass music can reflect a range of scenes, lives and emotions, as showcased in this concert. The programme includes Rodrigo's popular Concierto d'Aranguez
  • Saturday 6th July: The Festival Chorus and Orchestra perform much-loved pieces by Bach and Pachelbel together with less familiar music by Finzi and new arrangements of popular folk songs. In the programme are Bach's Double violin concerto, Finzi's Five Bagatelles, Vivaldi's Magnificat, Pachelbel's Canon and Gigue, and four folk songs from the British Isles
